"Meet Me In St.
Louis" Songs
by Hugh Martin & Ralp Blane; Book by Whugh Wheeler; Based
on "The Kinsington Stories" by Sally Benson and the
MGM motion picture "Meet Me in St. Louis"; Directed
by Virlynn Rex. MEET
ME IN ST. LOUIS is a rare treasure in the musical theatre, and
is based on the heartwarming movie. Join the Smith family at
the 1904 World's Fair, and see how their love and respect for
each other is tempered with the genuine humor that can only be
generated by such a special family. Memorable musical numbers
include The Boy Next Door, A Raving Beauty, The Trolley Song,
Have Yourself a Merry Little Christmas, Whenever I'm With You,
and A Day in New York. Suddenly, there's a blackout. Imagine
yourself standing with the family as the lights from the World's
Fair fill the stage; you've never seen such a spectacular panorama
in your life! Presented at the Huber Opera House and Civic Center
on Friday and Saturday, March 6 and 7 at 8 p.m., and Sunday,
March 8 at 2:30 p.m.
"Greater Tuna"by Joe Sears, Jaston Williams
and Ed Howard; Directed by Mary Schaufelberger. Greater Tuna
is the hilarious comedy about Texas' third smallest town, where
the Lion's Club is too liberal and Patsy Cline never dies. The
eclectic band of citizens that make up this town are portrayed
by only two performers, making this satire on life in rural America
even more delightful as they depict all of the inhabitants of
Tuna -- men, women, children and animals. Presented as a Dinner
Theatre on Friday, Saturday and Sunday, May 22, 23, and 24. Location
and times to be announced.

"You Have the
Right to Remain Dead" by Pat Cook; Directed by Travis Heffelfinger. It's an audience participation murder/mystery...
with a twist! Sure, the play starts out normal enough, with an
engaging plot about a southern plantation owner and lots of potential
inheritors to his fortune. But just when you think you know who
will be murdered, everything changes and the lines are blurred
between what is part of the show, and what is reality. You'll
be roaring with laughter as you try to figure out whodunit! At
the Huber Opera House and Civic Center, Friday, October 9 at
8 p.m., Saturday, October 10 at 2:30 p.m. and 8 p.m., and Sunday,
October 11 at 2:30 p.m. AUDITIONS: Friday, August 7 & 14,
7-9 p.m.; Saturday and Sunday, August 8, 9, 15 and 16, 2-5 p.m.
"It's a Wonderful
Life"
Dramatized by James W. Rodgers; Adapted from the film by Frank
Capra; Directed by Jeff Crabill. It's the classic tale of George Bailery, the Everyman
from the small town of Bedford Falls, whose dreams of escape
and adventure have been quashed by family obligation and civic
duty, whose guardian angel has to descend on Christmas Eve to
save him from despair and to remind him - by showing him what
the world would have been like had he never been born - that
his has been, after all, a wonderful life! At the Huber Opera
House and Civic Center, Friday and Saturday, December 11 and
12, 8 p.m., and Sunday, December 13, 2:30 p.m. AUDITIONS: Friday,
